Telehealth Physical Therapy Follow-Up

Service Description

In this session you will work 1-on-1 with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in order to review your home exercise program and answer any additional questions that you may have following your initial evaluation. Emphasis will be placed on evaluating your symptoms, tracking your progress, and making changes to your plan of care if necessary. The goal of this and any additional Follow-up sessions will be to progress you towards a full return to your normal activities.
