Telehealth Physical Therapy Evaluation

Service Description

In this session you will work 1-on-1 with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who will review your medical history, evaluate your symptoms, analyze your movement, and listen to your goals so that we can work with you to develop a treatment plan that you can perform at home. Follow-up sessions may be recommended, to review your home exercises, answer any additional questions, and fully prepare you for return to your normal activity.
