This program is designed to help prepare you for the physical demands of the Army Combat Fitness Test. The program consists of a 6-week training plan with 4-6 days per week of training optimized specifically for this test. Each week the volume and intensity progresses to help you reach your peak performance at the end of the 6 weeks. Additionally, all exercises are linked to video demonstrations so that you can get the most out of this training plan!
